Work at Design Atelier is a collegial, supportive and instructive experience that emphasises continuously improving on traditions and translating building elements into something new and intrinsically meaningful. We dream of translating the underlying principles of a rich cultural heritage into structures for a rapidly evolving society into an architecture that is of its time. We work hard at design, to break down the segregation of inside, outside, building and landscape, and interpret our knowledge of the modern world to create projects ranging from institutional, residential, educational, and work of urban significance. BIM Manager

Role

In addition to a traditional architecture role within the firm, the BIM manager shall perform to develop the in-house knowledge base and custom interfaces to streamline the design and production processes using Revit Architecture.

He will also be required to oversee the roles network administrator and CAD systems development and solve problems as they may arise on a variety of projects.

Requirements

Strong computer and network knowledge to assist in training and administration of the IT systems backbone and to guide the team leaders in advanced CAD and BIM on the job.

Studio Director

Role

Experienced architect with strong conceptual and creative flair, as well as ability to work on variety projects all around India required

Requirements

Experience and post-graduate qualification required.

Strong industry knowledge and wide exposure to large scale Urban Projects in a lead capacity will be required.

Presentation and Graphics.

Strong Communication and Leadership.

Planning and Management of Construction Documents and Detailed Drawings.

Senior Architect
Role

Experienced Architects with strong conceptual and creative flair to work on variety of projects all around India to result in superior and distinct architecture.In charge of leading design teams through the architectural design process and coordinating directly with Principals, to ensure all project goals are met.

Shall be assigned to lead a Project ready team of Architects.

Required to work on Presentations, Design Development and Construction Documents.

Requirements
International experience and post graduate qualification is preferred.

Deep knowledge of Building Services Coordination, Meeting management and Project Detailing.

Specialist status in Hospitality, Institutional Architecture, Housing or Commercial Buildings will be a major preference.

Project Architect

Role
Run the course of the design, developing ideas and concepts into reality through concept notes, sketches, study models and computer models and a final presentation model.

As the project progresses, they will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules and budgets as well as organising day to day work with the rest of the project team to ensure a complete and thorough construction document set.

Shall be assigned a pivotal project role on at least one major project and 2 smaller scale projects.

Requirements
Required to excel at Presentations and Construction Documents and Building Services Coordination and Project Detailing.

High Quality Experience in Hospitality, Institutional Architecture, Housing or Commercial Buildings will be a major consideration.

Interior Designer

RoleRunning Interior design projects, developing ideas and concepts into reality through concept notes, sketches, study layouts and visualisations, and computer graphics and a final presentation 3d’s and sketches.

As the project progresses, will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules and budgets as well as organising day to day work with the rest of the project team to ensure a complete and thorough construction document set.

Shall be assigned a pivotal project role on at least one major projects and 2 smaller scale projects.

Requirements
Shall excel at Presentations and Construction Documents and Building Services Coordination and Project Detailing.

Quality drawings and presentation.

Experience in Hospitality, Retail, Restaurants, and Office Design will be the major consideration.

Junior Architect

Role

This a traditional architecture support role within the firm, where CAD, BIM and Presentation skills shall be the primary medium of work. The Junior Architect will also be required to oversee delivery of construction documentation as a project administration support and solve problems as they may arise on a variety of projects.

Requirements

Strong computer and network knowledge to assist in drawing, documentation, quantification and administration of the project systems backbone and to support the team leaders in advanced CAD and BIM on the job.

Project Manager

Role

The PM shall be in charge of the project execution processes that ensure budgetary approvals, smooth bid documentation, PO’s, execution and coordination of construction on projects while communicating with on site contractors.

Requirements
Experience is a must.

Capable of managing the Project Planning process for Buildings and Fitouts including,
Cost. Management Contractual Management for all disciplines with the help of consultants and technical partners.
Developing Technical Specifications, Tendering & Quantity Estimation,
Verification of works at Site, Bill checking,
Rate analysis and Preparing engineering documents of all type of building and Land development projects.                   On Site Coordination between multiple disciplines

Quantity Surveyor

Role

Shall be responsible for Quantity Survey, Price Databasing and all documentary preparation for projects.

Requirements
Experience is a must.

Capable of managing Parts of the Project Planning process for Buildings including,
Contractual Management,
Developing Technical Specifications,
Tendering & Quantity Estimation,
Verification of works at Site,
Bill checking,
Rate analysis and Preparing engineering documents of all type of building and Land development projects.

Civil Engineer

Role

Shall be responsible for Civil Engineering processes at sites and for all Quantity Survey, Price Databasing and all documentary preparation for projects from office. Shall advice design teams regarding the best practices in contracts, bids, and civil construction details and products.

Capable of managing the complete  Project Planning process for Buildings including,
